شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a full-time person of software who is responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT systems and working with office software under the network.
Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related Equipment, and software
Responsibilities:

Installing software and hardware of computer systems in the network platform
Diagnosing software and hardware defects in network computers and solving technical problems.
Installation of peripherals such as printers and scanners
Solving computer problems and providing the necessary training to employees
Installation of SIP-based telephone systems
Registration and maintenance of support requests of relevant personnel
Presenting daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding the assigned tasks

Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields related to computer engineering or software
Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
High level knowledge of Windows 10 operating system and useful apps
