About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer (Tech Lead) to join our dynamic team and lead our backend development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of software development best practices, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the backend development team and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using the latest technologies and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Debug and troubleshoot issues, and develop creative solutions to challenging problems
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in backend technologies, and bring new ideas and innovations to the team
Mentor and guide junior developers, and help them grow and develop their skills

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development
Strong knowledge of PHP, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or a similar backend technology
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development life cycle
Excellent leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for technology and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field
