Job brief:

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.

Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.

As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.

Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

Responsibilities:

· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

· Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements and skills:

· Proven work experience as a Social Worker

· Working knowledge of social theories and practices

· Social perceptiveness and empathy

· Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships

· Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups

· Resilience along with ability to assess situations

BS degree in social work (BSW), psychology or sociology

معرفی شرکت

شروع کار رسمی ایویز از سال ۹۲ بود. اما سناریوی ایویز از اواخر سال ۸۸ نوشته و از سال ۹۰ کد نویسی انجام شد. اولین پلتفرم ایویز یک سامانه رجیستری برای ثبت نام مشتریان و همکاران بود حدود ۱۰۰۰ فروشگاه از سال ۸۸ تا ۸۹ در این سامانه ثبت شدند.
پنل ایویز به این شکل که می‌بینیم در سال ۹۲ ایجاد شد و با ثبت اولین تراکنش در تاریخ ۲ آبان ۹۲، ایویز با یک هویت مستقل و با اهداف بزرگ متولد شد. در سال اول ایویز به شکل همکاری در فروش (Affiliate) به کارش ادامه داد و سال ۹۳ بود که بازار فروش B2B ایویز آغاز به کار کرد.
جالبه بدونید که در ابتدا حدس‌هایی برای عدم موفقیت این پروژه وجود داشت اما به مرور موفقیت این استارتاپ B2B خودش رو نشون داد.
از سال ۹۴ تا ۹۷ ایویز به فروش B2B که بیشتر بر روی خدمات شارژ و اینترنت تمرکز داشت، ادامه داد تا این که سال ۹۷ بزرگترین تحول در ایویز شکل گرفت: فروش و تامین کالا در فروشگاه ایویز راه‌اندازی شد.
تا اون زمان، ارتباط ما و همکارانمون در سراسر کشور با فروش شارژ و اینترنت شکل گرفته بود. اما تونستیم با فروش کالا، نیازهای همکارانمون رو بیش از پیش مرتفع و رابطمون رو عمیق‌تر کنیم.
طرح رجیستری موبایل در سال ۹۸ و مبارزه با قاچاق اتفاق خوبی بود که به تامین و فروش گوشی موبایل در کشور بسیار کمک کرد و ایویز تونست در این حوزه قدم برداره.
سال ۹۹ رکورد فروش ایویز در یک روز شکسته شد و این نشان از اعتماد شما همکاران به ایویزه. از اون زمان تا به امروز همواره تلاش ایویز اینه که بتونه بهترین کالاها رو به بهترین شکل به دست همکاران خودش در خانواده بزرگ ایویز برسونه.
