شرح موقعیت شغلی

Tali is an impact-driven company based in Toronto, Canada. Tali empowers Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with a voice-enabled virtual assistant for scribe functionality, faster navigation as well as information retrieval from the electronic medical records of the patients at the point of care.

Duties include:

Develop copy to clearly communicate the end-use and intent of our product
Be the in-house copy expert and help clients understand the “why” behind Tali ai
Build the UX writing copy process for all new platform development work during sprints
Actively contribute to developing new features, and continuously improve what we have today in terms of content
Use qualitative and quantitative research to inform your content decisions
Define and implement information architecture and navigation systems for a complex product, including establishing a content guide that meets brand guidelines

You’re a great fit for this role if:

You're fully fluent in English esp writing and researching
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
You have 3+ years of copywriting experience.
You have experience with content strategy, preferably in a product-focused environment.
You’re no stranger to working with cross-functional teams including UX designers, researchers, and engineers.
You have experience working with different clients and delivering high-quality results.
You are extremely detail-oriented and organized.
You have a demonstrable passion and understanding of great user experiences & technology.
You have a talent for presenting technological and business concepts to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of PIPEDA & PHIPA regulations and healthcare in Canada.
