Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision to the development team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features and user stories, and ensure the team is working on high-value items that deliver maximum business value.
Feature Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, create user stories, and provide the necessary context to the development team for successful implementation.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Release Planning: Contribute to release planning activities, including defining release scope, setting goals, and ensuring the team is on track to meet release deadlines.
Scrum Facilitation: Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Support: Provide support to the development team, ensuring they have everything they need to execute tasks efficiently and remove any impediments that may arise.
Sprint Monitoring: Monitor the progress of sprints, track the team's velocity, and report the status to stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, such as sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and team metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospective meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and assist in implementing agreed-upon changes.
Requirements:
Full-Time and On-Site Availability: We expect our developers to be fully committed and present on-site to foster effective collaboration and teamwork.
Minimum 1 Years of Practical Experience: A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in web application development is required to ensure that candidates are familiar with real-world challenges and best practices.
Agile Passion: Strong passion for Agile principles and methodologies, with a desire to grow as a Product Owner and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions, conduct market research, and analyze product metrics to drive product improvements.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web application development and technology trends, allowing you to effectively collaborate with technical teams and make informed product decisions.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant work experience and a strong product management background will also be considered.
