We are seeking an talented Python Developer with a strong background in API development to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software applications, focusing on designing, implementing, and testing APIs. You should be able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI.
API Development: Implement efficient and well-documented RESTful APIs, leveraging the capabilities of FastAPI to ensure optimal performance.
Database Integration: Integrate with various databases and data storage solutions to manage and access data effectively.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of backend components, identify and resolve bugs, and ensure code quality and reliability.
Security and Optimization: Implement security measures to protect data and application integrity, and optimize backend performance for speed and efficiency.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Python, FastAPI, and web development, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Full-Time and On-Site Availability: We expect our developers to be fully committed and present on-site to foster effective collaboration and teamwork.
Minimum 1 Years of Practical Experience: A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in web application development is required to ensure that candidates are familiar with real-world challenges and best practices.
Python Proficiency: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Python development, with a solid understanding of Python programming concepts and libraries.
Framework or Library: Demonstrated expertise in at least one Backend framework or library is necessary. FastAPI is our preferred choice due to its powerful features, but experience with other frameworks like Django will also be considered.
Version Control Experience: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is crucial. This ensures that the development process is organized, collaborative, and secure.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eagerness to tackle challenges and find efficient solutions.
Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team, share ideas, and contribute constructively to discussions.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies as needed.
Preferred Age: While we encourage candidates of all ages who meet the qualifications to apply, we are particularly interested in individuals below 30 years old to ensure a dynamic and diverse team.
