Are you a passionate and motivated individual with a strong interest in project management and Agile methodologies? Responsibilities:

Scrum Facilitation: Assist the Scrum Master in organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Support: Provide support to the development team, ensuring they have everything they need to execute tasks efficiently and remove any impediments that may arise.
Sprint Monitoring: Monitor the progress of sprints, track the team's velocity, and report the status to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, such as sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and team metrics.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in retrospective meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and assist in implementing agreed-upon changes.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Scrum Master to coordinate dependencies and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Full-Time and On-Site Availability: We expect our developers to be fully committed and present on-site to foster effective collaboration and teamwork.
Minimum 1 Years of Practical Experience: A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in web application development is required to ensure that candidates are familiar with real-world challenges and best practices.
Passion for Agile: Strong interest in Agile principles and methodologies, with a desire to grow as a Scrum Master.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team dynamic.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a relevant educational background or experience in Agile environments will also be considered.
Preferred Age: While we encourage candidates of all ages who meet the qualifications to apply, we are particularly interested in individuals below 30 years old to ensure a dynamic and diverse team.
