شرح موقعیت شغلی

What you’ll do

● Design backend architecture for scalable, secure, enterprise-grade systems.

● Define and build APIs, data models, and service boundaries; set backend standards and patterns.

● Own databases and data design (PostgreSQL / Prisma): schema, performance, integrity, and migrations.

● Lead cloud deployment and infrastructure: CI/CD, containers, environments, and reliability.

● Bake in security and governance: authentication / authorization, deny-by-default RBAC, audit trails, and data protection.

● Make and document architecture decisions; guide and review other engineers.

● Hold the production-readiness bar — no “done” without green CI, tests, and observability.

What we’re looking for

● Senior-level backend engineering with strong systems-architecture experience.

● Strong API design and data modeling; deep relational database experience.

● Cloud deployment expertise: CI/CD, containers / orchestration, environments, and reliability.

● Solid grounding in application and data security.

● Proven enterprise-grade system design and production ownership.

● Ability to set technical direction and lift the whole team’s engineering quality.

Technical skill stack

The tools and technologies you should be strong in. We don’t expect every single item — depth in the core stack matters most.

● Languages: strong in one or more of Go, TypeScript / Node.js, Java, Python, C#, or Rust (TypeScript / Node.js for the Next.js / Prisma stack)

● API design: REST, gRPC, GraphQL; OpenAPI / Swagger; versioning and contract design

● Databases: PostgreSQL (deep) with Prisma; Redis; data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and migrations; NoSQL (MongoDB) a plus

● Architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven design, domain-driven design, CQRS / event sourcing

● Messaging & streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS

● Cloud & IaC: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Terraform or Pulumi

● Containers & orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes

● CI/CD & testing: GitHub Actions or GitLab CI; unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

● Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stack

● Security & governance: OAuth2 / OIDC, JWT, RBAC / ABAC (deny-by-default), TLS, secrets management, OWASP, and audit logging

● Full-stack context: Next.js 15 / React familiarity for end-to-end delivery
