365 Digital Consulting is fast growing software consulting company based on Sydney Australia with focus on Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 platform. We use the latest technologies and tools to deliver high-quality deliverable to our client in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. We are using Iranian developers around the world to achieve this. To be qualified for this position, you need to have at least 3+ years software experiences. Your skill and qualification should include:
- English (Speaking, Writing) at least IELTS 7 or above or equivalent is a MUST.

The IELTS Degree itself is not important but having enough knowledge to attend in a meeting and speak to a native English speaker and document their requirement and ask the question is needed.
1- Meeting with client and documenting their requirement and explaining it back to technical team
2- Converting business requirement to technical specification and writing solution design document in accordance with technical team
3- Testing of developed custom software to ensure that meet all requirements
4- Delivering the system back to the client and managing a training session or providing training video
5- Follow up bugs and client requests from development team till ensure they resolved
6- A client facing role (PR skill) who is interface between client and development team to make sure both party understand each other.
7- Providing delivery and training documentation
8- Familiar with software development methodology (Agile, Scrum)
9- In nutshell, Project management, documentation, client support, follow up, coordination till delivery of the project
10- Soft skill: Team work, time management, multiple projects, Commitment, customer relation skill, attention to details, accuracy, organize, flexible, energetic
ONLY Full time employee is considered. You need to adjust your working hours to Australia time zone and UK time zone where our customers are located.
Benefits:

Salary:
- Base Salary would be $300-400 AUD (equal to 6,000,000-8,000,000 Toman per month) depending on skill and experience on above 10 items
- plus a Bounce of up to $100 AUD (2 Million Toman) per each successful project Only when getting 5 star review/rating from client for mid-size project. Candidate should manage and deliver at least 2-4 concurrent project per month.
The salary can go up or down really depend on number of years of software experience, level of seniority, skillset, attitude, expertise on above technologies and the result of your project.
Candidate from Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan and Tabriz will be considered.
