Elastic Teams is hiring motivated and professional enterprise software sales executives to join our team.
Ideal candidates for this position will be technical-minded, have good interpersonal skills, and have experience selling IT products or services to small, medium or large enterprises. Previous experience in either a customer service or presales role would be beneficial.
Objective
To start and build an effective long-term relationship with customers, listen to our customers share their business objectives, then introduce appropriate team members to define, develop, realise, optimise and document abstract concepts into a solution.
Duties
Create a target list
Establish rapport with prospective clients
Schedule meetings with decision-makers and their teams
Document the prospective client's requirements and respond with a proposal.
Education and Experience
Elastic Teams favours candidates with a degree; however, we will consider candidates with a successful track record in B2B sales.
Required skills and qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including relationship building and influencing.
Knowledge of CRM Software is advantageous, and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office365 suite.
Salary and Sales Commission
Enterprise software sales executives qualify for generous salaries and sales commissions.
