About Us:

We're currently seeking a dedicated and skilled QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our innovative projects.

Job Description:
As a QA Tester at Hybrid Teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing of web applications, mobile apps, and enterprise software to identify and report defects and issues.

2. Test Planning: Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

3. Test Execution: Execute various testing types, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.

4. Bug Tracking: Report and document defects in our issue tracking system, detailing the steps to reproduce issues and providing clear and concise descriptions.

5. Test Automation: Contribute to the development of automated test scripts and participate in automated testing efforts.

6. Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized test documentation and reports.

7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in our testing processes and suggest enhancements.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality software products.

9. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
The candidate should be willing to relocate to Turkey if required.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a QA Tester.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test management tools and bug-tracking systems.
Ability to create, execute, and maintain test documentation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
