We are expanding our team in Iran and looking for a Senior front-end Developer who is familiar with back-end development and with expertise in Flutter and some experience in Google Firebase technologies.

Job Overview:
As a senior developer at ElasticTeams, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications across the entire technology stack. You will work closely with the development team and project managers to ensure that software is of the highest quality, meets customer requirements, and is delivered on time.
The successful candidate should have expertise in building sophisticated and highly scalable applications using Flutter and one of the backend technology stacks. They should be able to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code, ensure security guidelines are always followed, resolve any problems in the current systems, suggest and add new features in the completed systems, write tests for the app, plan development refractories, follow the best practices while developing the app, document each project and code efficiently, manage the code and project on Git to keep in sync with others, create sub-tasks for each task given, create reports on Jira to improve workflow, and efficiently document coded programs.

The successful candidate should be a team player, critical thinker, creative, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, accurate, and have a keen attention to detail. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. They should have 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Direct Supervisor: Operations Manager

Tasks:

Designing and building sophisticated and highly scalable Flutter applications that meet business requirements.
Building custom packages and widgets in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and iOS platforms.
Developing responsive UI code that meets design and accessibility standards and is compatible with multiple devices and screen sizes.
Ensuring security guidelines are always followed while developing the app, including implementing user authentication and authorization, encrypting sensitive data, and preventing data breaches.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues in the current systems and proposing effective solutions to improve system performance, stability, and user experience.
Collaborating with the team to identify and implement new features, enhancements, and improvements to the existing systems.
Writing unit and integration tests for the App to ensure code quality, stability, and scalability.
Planning and executing development refactoring efforts to optimize code structure, modularity, and maintainability.
Following industry best practices and guidelines for Flutter development, including code quality, performance, maintainability, and documentation.
Documenting each project and code efficiently to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate code maintenance and updates.
Managing code and project on Git to ensure version control, collaboration, and synchronization with other team members.
Creating sub-tasks for each task given and tracking progress using Jira or other project management tools.
Generating reports on Jira to improve workflow, communication, and collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
Efficiently documenting coded programs using standard documentation tools and guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

3-4 years of relevant experience
Professional proficiency in English & effective Communication skills
Remote-work experience
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with commonly used 3rd party libraries (Freezed, GetX) and services
Experience in Jira & git
Experience with flutter development
Experienced in Google firebase technologies and Google cloud
Experienced in database management, SQL & no SQL
Understanding of object oriented and functional programming
Expertise in one of backend technology stacks like Go, Java, Node.js, Python etc (Java is preferred)
Familiar with Postman
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Accuracy and keen attention to detail.
Team player, critical thinker and creative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
