If you are passionate about extracting valuable insights from data to drive business decisions and growth, Hybrid Teams, a rapidly growing information technology services company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting various datasets, including sales data, competitor analysis, warehouse data, weather patterns, stock information, and more. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to make informed and strategic decisions for our clients' businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creates dashboards and visual interactive reports.
  • Identifies KPIs with clear objectives and monitors them consistently.
  • Analyzes data and presents it through reports that can help in decision-making.
  • Converts business requirements into technical specifications and determines the timeline to accomplish tasks.
  • Creates charts and documents data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations
  • Defines and designs new systems by analyzing current processes
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including sales data, competitor reports, warehouse records, weather data, and stock information.
  • Develop and implement statistical models, algorithms, and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to support sales performance evaluation, market trends, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the analysis process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English is a must.
  • Be willing to relocate to Turkey.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role, preferably in sales analysis and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or others.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression analysis, time series forecasting, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Previous experience in the eCommerce or retail industry is a plus.
