Job Overview
Help in creating, refining, posting, and managing one or more of our mail chimps, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), websites, and blogs. Increase the engagement of our target market segments with Elastic Teams and by generating more leads for the business, open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit.

Requirements

Competencies:
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Evidence of a strong personal online profile
- A good understanding of search engines
- Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to distribute content, gain more links and build successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms
- An understanding of, or experience with coding in different languages
- A related bachelor's degree would be preferable

Key results and activities

Improving our website
- Write original content for webpages, tailored for the target audience
- Constantly check search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of our website and make recommendations for improvement
- Employ the latest methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Managing mail chimps
- Designing and implementing campaigns including setup, template build, targeting, segmentation, and deployment
- Manage a continuous and well-documented testing plan to continually improve the performance of the email channel
- Monitor the performance of one-time and automated emails and make recommendations to grow the email marketing channel
Managing social media
- Use our social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to our content on our website
- Proactively propose new approaches for compelling customer engagement programs that drive sustainability
- Create posts and share them on LinkedIn at least twice a week

- Presenting the report on the performance of each channel
- Defining our approach for each channel and market segment

- Create content revolving around our expertise
- Helping projects when they need the skills of a marketing expert

- Figuring out ways to improve our website
