Job Overview: New business sales executives are responsible for creating and growing new customer accounts. We support each new business sales executive by helping them identify a list of prospective customers in UK, opening a dialogue over the phone, and encouraging them to listen and document their requirements.
New business sales executives work closely with our operations team to create proposals, negotiate with clients, and support the start of new projects. A successful candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience selling products or services to mid-sized companies.
Tasks:
Research and identify potential customers
Attend virtual sales meetings to discuss sales plans
Monitor market conditions and competitors
Seek out new relationships through calls and emails
Answer customers' questions about services
Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain our services
Contact customers to discuss how services can meet their needs
Create forms or agreements required to complete sales
Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
Consult with clients to resolve problems and provide support
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Document sales and keep records of business transactions
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Full professional proficiency in English is a must
2 years of related working experience
Experience in the IT industry and B2B sales and software sales experience is preferred
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Expert at over-the-phone sales
Expert at email marketing
Familiar with marketing and sales concepts
A good TOEFL or IELTS score is a plus
Active listener
Communication and interpersonal skills
Persistence and stress tolerance
Fast learner with and passion for making sales
Self-motivated and driven by targets
Time management skills
Team player
