We are now seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our pioneering “Kickstarter” team.

Job Description:

As a Full-Stack Developer at Hybrid Teams, you will be a key player in launching new projects, ranging from web applications to mobile apps. Your role will involve:

1. Full-Stack Development: Implementing front-end and back-end solutions for diverse projects. You will be involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle.

2. Collaboration: Working closely with UI/UX designers and mobile developers to ensure cohesive and efficient project progression.

3. Technical Leadership: Helping guide the technical direction of projects during their initial phase and setting a strong foundation for subsequent teams.

4. Problem Solving: Tackling technical challenges and contributing innovative solutions to complex development issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
Fluency in English is a MUST, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and familiarity with SQL or MongoDB.
Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
