Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Hybrid Teams, you will be instrumental in designing user interfaces for a variety of projects, ranging from web applications to mobile apps. Your responsibilities will include:

1. UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.

2. Collaboration: Work closely with full-stack and mobile developers to ensure design consistency and user-friendly experiences across all platforms.

3. User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and create design solutions that meet user needs and project objectives.

4. Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Strong portfolio.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
