About The Job
The primary responsibility is to ensure the success of the interdisciplinary team and develop the best user experience and achieve the company's goals.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibility is to ensure the success of the interdisciplinary team and develop the best user experience and achieve the company's goals.
Collaborate in creating the company's strategy and translate it into a pragmatic plan and product roadmap.
Possess a deep understanding of customer needs, and the technical foundations of a B2C e-commerce and its interactions with various departments.
Focus on customer experience, paying attention to detail and fluid user experience.
Identify problems and provide efficient and pragmatic solutions.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Contribute to the overall strategy, roadmap planning, and outcome-driven product management.
About You
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT product management, preferably in the e-commerce field.
Demonstrated experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and working effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of product development and product discovery processes.
Experience in market research and data analysis.
Results-oriented with an analytical approach to prioritizing business and product opportunities.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Knowledge of UX design and Figma skills is a plus.
