As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing and managing our front-end projects.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Front-End Engineer who is proficient in React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:
Lead the front-end development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, technical problem-solving, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Take ownership of the technical direction and quality of front-end projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the development process, code quality, and team productivity.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and advocate for their adoption when relevant.
Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
Proven track record of successfully leading front-end development teams in delivering complex web applications.
Expertise in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Experience with Webpack and optimizing build processes.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Passion for teaching and mentoring junior developers, with a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
Familiarity with back-end technologies (php, laravel, etc.) is a plus.
