Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our team in Pardis, Tehran. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications with a strong focus on microservices architecture, Spring Boot, containerized deployments, and scalable system design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure financial software solutions using modern engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Key Responsibilities

•  Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable Java + Spring Boot applications.

•  Build and optimize microservices with deployment on containers and Kubernetes.

•  Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for modeling complex business domains.

•  Use software design patterns and architectural best practices (e.g., Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, Event-Driven Systems) to create maintainable and scalable solutions.

•  Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

•  Collaborate with product owners and engineers to design and deliver fintech solutions.

•  Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and reliability.

•  Stay up to date with modern architectures and best practices.

Qualifications

•  4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Java.

•  Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

•  Solid knowledge of containers and orchestration.

•  Experience with DDD, TDD, and software design patterns.

•  Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.

•  Experience applying architecture principles (e.g., Clean Architecture, Event-Driven).

•  Ability to work effectively in team environments with strong communication skills.

•  Familiarity with another programming language (Go, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, etc.) is a plus.

•  Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
