شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Senior Visual Designer at “A Bank”, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and cohesive design elements that enhance our brand identity and user experience. Your designs will play a critical role in how customers perceive and interact with our products, ensuring consistent and engaging visual language across all touchpoints.


Responsibilities

  • Highlight your visual design skills by developing ideas, creating visuals, and producing models through implementation.
  • Partner with brand teams to identify and codify experiential brand language through materials, finishes, colors, lighting, sounds, scents, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers to understand and design their needs
  • Refine and enhance the visual language and strategy to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Establish visual harmony across illustrations, icons, and all product visual elements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in defining all design materials, including textures, fabrications, and more
  • Take initiative to elevate the work and introduce innovative solutions
  • Possess strong design sensibilities that balance aesthetics with usability
 

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in visual design and working with organizations
  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe tools, and more
  • Proficiency in 2D illustration
  • Familiarity and expertise in motion graphics
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Exceptional documentation skills
  • Systems thinking mindset
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards
  • Ability to manage large design tool libraries
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams without ego or arrogance
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A curious, versatile, and solutions-oriented approach
