شرح موقعیت شغلی

Join our team as a Senior Design System Designer and lead the creation and maintenance of A Bank’s design system. You will ensure a unified design language across all products, facilitating efficiency and consistency in our design process. Your work will enable our teams to create high-quality and scalable designs rapidly.

Responsibilities

Establish a comprehensive and cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for all Digikala Shopping products
Design tokens (colors, typography, styles, etc.), core components, custom components, and their interconnections
Collaborate closely with development, product, and brand teams to define the design system effectively
Think big, explore divergent concepts, and converge on a vision that can be built iteratively
Create comprehensive documentation and guides for all components and usage cases within the design system
Work closely with designers to enhance design consistency and efficiency across all products, considering visual appeal, usability, accessibility, and optimization
Leverage insights from the research team to design components that are optimized for usability
Promote the design system across the team and foster collaboration between design and development teams
Define future visual product generations
Serve as a cross-functional Design Advocate
Craft high-quality prototypes for effective communication with stakeholders
Design a scalable design system that can be extended to other products

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in product-driven design
Experience in building design systems for medium to large organizations
Familiarity with design patterns for web, Android, and iOS platforms
Strong proficiency in interactive and design tools like Figma, etc.
Exceptional presentation skills
Excellent documentation skills
Advanced visual design skills
Familiarity with accessibility standards
Ability to manage large design tool libraries
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams without ego or arrogance
Strong negotiation skills
Passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Curious, versatile, and solution-oriented
