As a Senior Product Manager - Payment at A Bank, you will lead the strategy and execution of our banking and payment products. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative payment solutions that delight our customers. Your deep understanding of the banking and payments landscape and customer needs will drive our mission to provide a superior banking experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall planning, design, promotion, and management of banking or payment products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
Understand user needs within the banking/payment space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience.
Work closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor market performance of the banking/payment products, conduct product optimization
Regularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments.
Strong understanding of the payments industry and financial technologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Have a strong interest and passion in banking or payment, with proven project experience in these areas.
Excellent project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate potential problems ensuring smooth progression.
Have a keen sense of trends and user needs in banking and payment, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts.
Possess strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data insights to guide product improvements.
Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving abilities can effectively collaborate with different departments within the team.
