About Us:

We're on the lookout for a talented English Course Advisor/Curriculum Designer to join our team  If you're passionate about language education and have a knack for creating engaging learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our English course, guiding learners from the basics all the way to advanced proficiency. You'll be crafting 12 unique levels of the course, tailored to different learning goals like mastering academic English or becoming fluent in everyday conversation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a comprehensive English course curriculum, broken down into 12 levels, each serving a specific learning purpose.
  • Develop detailed lesson plans for each level, packed with engaging activities and assessments to keep learners motivated.
  • Make sure everything aligns with industry standards and best practices in language education.
  • Get creative with teaching methods and tech tools to make learning as fun and effective as possible.
  • Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate our course into an automated teaching app.
Requirements:

  • A degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing course content, especially in English language education.
  • A solid grasp of how people learn languages and the best ways to teach them.
  • Great organizational skills to keep all those lesson plans in order.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for teamwork.
  • Familiarity with educational tech tools is a big plus.
Nice-to-Haves:

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in language teaching or related fields.
  • Experience designing courses for specific purposes, like preparing for exams or using English in professional settings.
  • Any experience with automated teaching platforms would be awesome.
