شرح موقعیت شغلی

Description of the Job Position:

We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer specializing in Marketing and Branding to join
our team. As a Graphic Designer in this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating visually
compelling and cohesive designs that resonate with our brand identity. Your primary focus will
involve collaborating with marketing teams to produce engaging visual content across various
platforms and mediums.

Required Conditions:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, branding materials, and
promotional assets in line with brand guidelines.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate marketing objectives effectively.

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media assets,
advertisements, brochures, and presentations.

- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that
align with the overall strategy.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale behind creative
decisions.

- Familiarity with design collaboration tool Figma, enabling seamless team collaboration and
version control.

Conditions that are Considered Points:

- Experience in designing for various digital platforms and understanding their design
requirements (social media, websites, email campaigns).

- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere).

- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for web-based graphic design.

- Previous experience in creating brand identities or brand development projects.
