Position Overview: We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English (both speaking and writing), have a strong background in sales, particularly within the digital and creative sectors, and possess an in-depth understanding of branding and design. Our Sales Representatives play a crucial role in developing and nurturing client relationships, crafting tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored design solutions.
Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels, including messengers and phone calls, to introduce our services and secure new business.
Stay informed about market trends and client needs to effectively pitch promotions and packages that align with their goals.
Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify additional service opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Be a solution provider, offering insightful and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the digital or creative industry.
Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection, and be flexible with working hours to cater to the US market.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to sales, with a knack for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative promotions and packages.
Working Hours: This is a remote position requiring flexibility to align with the US market. The role will involve a 12-hour shift, details of which will be discussed further during the interview process.\
