شرح موقعیت شغلی

در این موقعیت شغلی نیاز است فرد بر اساس الزامات و نیازمندی های هر پروژه بتواند برنامه اجرا، نگهداری و مانیتورینگ (منابع مورد نیاز، تعداد ماشین های فیزیکی /مجازی مورد نیاز، نحوه ارتباط اجزا، امنیت و ... )یک سیستم چند لایه(multi tier) شامresource-tier و application-tier و ... و را ارائه نماید و مشاوره های لازم را در جهت اجرای این برنامه به افراد تیم پروژه ارائه نماید و بر روند اجرای ان نظارت کند.

.تواناییها و سوابق مورد انتظار

VMware vSphere ESXi-Virtualization

Strong partnering skills; Able to work effectively with other groups and teams

Strong analytical skills; Able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment

Strong written and verbal skills and presentation skills

Experience in providing end-user technical support and/or training.

Strong organizational skills; Must be able to multitask without sacrificing attention to details

Experience with project planning as well as deployment strategies

Understanding of Hardware/Software Life Cycle methods

SW installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Knowledge of scripting languages (i.e. PowerShell, Python)

Knowledge of Load Balancing, High Availability, Disaster Recovery Systems

Various server OS & various virtual platforms (i.e. VMWare vSphere, Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016)

Ability/Willingness to follow a structured methodology

Self-sufficient, motivated and sincere interest in a growing organization

Fundamental knowledge of encryption to include HTTPS in a reverse and forward proxy environment.

Knowledge of Disk arrays, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, fiber channel, storage area networks

شرح وظایف

Package software for ease of deployment across the enterprise

Install, configure and manage VMware vSphere and ESXi Host Environments.

Apply upgrades and patches to applications

Compute/storage performance analysis, benchmarking and maintenance

Compute/software performance analysis, benchmarking and maintenance

Conduct root cause analysis

Give guidance and direction to Administration and Support teams

Work with the other IT team members on establishing and maintaining processes for data security

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing projects and relationships both internal and external to the organization

Development of System Administrators and/or support personnel

Manage Apache/ Nginx / Tomcat/ Jboss Environments

Provides operational support of the Windows systems computing environment.

OS and application software installations and upgrades, backup and recovery administration, adding/deleting users and peripheral equipment, troubleshooting system and application issues.

Manages Active Directory, DNS and DHCP

Support Software Release and Deployment cycles

Manage IIS & Web Applications Pools

Manage Apache/ Nginx / Tomcat/ Jboss Environments

Understand and manage certificate authorities

Performs research and makes recommendations for network software and hardware.

Provides technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations.

Implements machine modifications to increase capacity of the system.

Analyzes the results of monitoring the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization.

Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required, implements and assures compliance with security policies.

Provides guidance and training for less experienced technicians.

Provides documentation for the support of information technology processes and procedures.

Provides technical input to assist in development of project planning.
