EcoGold is one of the leading players in Iran’s gold trading market, serving more than 800,000 users with a team of around 40 professionals. We are looking for a Business Line Owner (BLO) to take full ownership of the business and drive its next stage of growth. This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, align cross-functional teams, and ultimately increase revenue in a highly competitive market. The BLO operates as the business leader of EcoGold, working directly with the CEO while leading the Marketing, Product & Technology, Operations, and Customer Support teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For :

Defining and executing the business growth strategy
Leading and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared business goals
Identifying new growth opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion initiatives
Optimizing acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization performance
Driving data-informed decision making across the organization
Prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources to maximize business impact
Working closely with the CEO on strategic business decisions
Building a high-performance, results-oriented culture

What We Are Looking For :

Proven experience leading a business unit, product line, startup, or cross-functional organization
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of growth, marketing, and commercial strategy
Experience in financial services, fintech, investment, wealth management, or related industries
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams with different functions and objectives
Ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and highly competitive environments
Success in This Role
The primary measure of success for this role is revenue growth and market share expansion.
