Job Description
We are seeking to hire a marketing assistant with strong English reading and writing skills and a proven record of work experience with office software (spreadsheets, word processing programs, Google Docs) to join our team. As a successful candidate, you have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, as well as excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill set. We expect you to be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing. You will work remotely with our team and considering the remote nature of the work, it's extremely important for the ideal candidate to possess the following personal characteristics:

Be self-disciplined
Be able to articulate thoughts and plans clearly, both verbally, and in written form.
Pay very close attention to the requirements and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Keep notes and records about each opportunity in CRM. Document the progress as necessary.
Develop periodic reporting of KPIs.
Assist in creating marketing materials, coordinating promotional events, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute new ideas and strategies.
Support the marketing team in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Job Requirements

Strong English reading
Strong English writing
Previous experience with MS Office/Google Drive applications
Strong communication skills
Strong teamwork, networking, and time management skills
Ability to learn, use, and leverage CRM in marketing activities

A computer science degree or any related certification is a plus.
