About Raika

Raika Research is a division of Ethica, a well-established Health-Tech company that provides research services and products to scientists around the world. We provide researchers with a suite of tools to help them to automate their research works and focus on their valuable inventions.


As we are growing our sales team, we are seeking to hire a motivated and goal-oriented senior sales representative to establish and grow our footprint in this sector. As a sales representative, you will carry our sales effort in the health and clinical research industry. You do have a track record of identifying, vetting, securing, and closing new sales opportunities. You will be a guru in value-based sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Become an expert in Ethica's product offering to effectively communicate how it can deliver superior value over the client's current workflow.
  • Identify decision-makers in each opportunity, form relationships with them, and demonstrate the value of Ethica in their institution.
  • Attend sales meetings, calls, and training sessions as required.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities and prepare and share reports related to each in-progress opportunity.
  • Keep notes and records about each opportunity in CRM. Document the progress as necessary.
  • Achieve (and ideally exceed) quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Circle back the feedback of the client to the product and engineering team, and help them prioritize their development effort.
Job Requirements:


  • Ability to read, write, listen, and speak fluently in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales (ideally related to medical or laboratory software products)
  • Ability to learn, use, and leverage CRM in the sales process
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales processes.
  • Motivated and goal driven.
  • Strong teamwork, networking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to present to and engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent business development, contract negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
