شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team for the development of our innovative new ERP software. This software will revolutionize the way businesses operate in the Railing industry. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to drive the development of our ERP software tailored for the Railing industry.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis of industry processes, identifying pain points and optimization opportunities for our ERP system.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear and actionable product features and user stories.
Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
Collaborate with project managers to estimate timelines and ensure the team meets deadlines while delivering high-quality products.
Analyze product performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
Conducting regular stakeholder communication, providing updates on product progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Document technical requirements, product decisions, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience as a Product Manager in software development, with a focus on B2B SaaS or ERP systems.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and experience working closely with engineering teams.
Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to identify and document key requirements and workflows.
Experience with task prioritization, backlog management, and agile tools like Jira or Trello.
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, particularly related to ERP systems or business management software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product features.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and delivering products that meet business and customer needs.
Applicants for this position must have an advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Railing industry or related construction/manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis for ERP or B2B software products.
Familiarity with ERP-specific workflows, such as project management, inventory, or tender management.
