شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:


We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing user interfaces.



Responsibilities:


  • Conducting user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Develop and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and meet user requirements.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction.
  • Ability to effectively present your designs and articulate the rationale behind your solutions to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and effective approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
