Lead and drive decisions related to product strategy, development, and commercialization for your portfolio of products.
Collect and synthesize market trends, competitive information, and other market data to ensure product and service offerings drive strategic goals, meet market needs and financial targets, and achieve growth objectives.
Manage customer and market research to identify market growth opportunities and to inform product decisions and priorities.
Builds change management activities (process improvement, user obsession approach, vendor expand) when needed to accomplish DrNext goals.
Effectively communicate business and functional requirements to senior leadership, management, and research and development teams.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and/or refine Customer Value Propositions, competitive positioning and overall go-to-market plans for key products.
Lead the development of the vision and delivery of innovative new products and conduct market research to identify user need for new products; establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products.
Establish external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health.
As needed, manage vendor relationships and other digital health implementation projects in pursuit of partner value.
Maintain an understanding of a wide array of partner work that is impacted by DrNext.
Qualifications:
Understanding of health care IT industry.
At least 3 years of product or software product management experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to distill complex ideas and deliver them to a wide variety of audiences and stakeholder groups.
Ability to participate effectively and build consensus on a cross-functional team.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of conceptualization and development.
Experience with Agile and user-centric product design/development.
