شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic senior digital marketing specialist who is excited to help. To succeed in this role, in addition to a solid knowledge of digital marketing tools the candidate should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across all digital channels (Web and social).

● Plan the scope of acquisition and retention via different channels.

● Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, surveys, data analysis) to optimize user funnel conversion rate in different channels.

● Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

● Track digital marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics

● Attract a targeted audience and help develop the company's sales and branding.

● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

● Collaborate with internal teams to promote offerings and execute team plans.

● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements:

● More than two years of experience in a similar position.

● Relevant experience in digital marketing channels or running digital campaigns.

● Highly skilled in Google Ads.

● Familiar with marketing automation and CRO, SEO, SEM, and ASO.

● Experience with domestic Ad Networks (Yektanet, Sabavision, etc.).

● Proficient in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Google Search Console, Google Adwords, etc.).

● Good knowledge of LTV, CPC, CAC, CPA, SDK, Cohorts, Retention Rate, and Churn Rate.

● Solid organizational skills including multitasking, teamwork, communication skills, creativity, and result orientation.

● Strong data-driven thinking.

● Strong analytical skills to drive increased customer understanding and continuous growth in ROI through segmentation and acquisition channels.

● Commitment to deadlines, and time management.
