شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Social Media Senior Specialist at Dr.Next, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the social media presence of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram. Your expertise in social media management, content creation, and analytics will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for Dr.Next in the online healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts for Dr.Next, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Create and curate compelling and engaging content, including written posts, images, videos, infographics, and other visual assets, to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, content, and engagement, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by proactively addressing and resolving any potential issues or negative sentiment on social media channels.
  • Collaborate with social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical practices in social media marketing and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
