شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Marketing Automation & ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) Specialist at Dr.Next, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and communication strategies of our online healthcare platform. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and ECRM initiatives to engage our target audience, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business results.

  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using tools such as WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Implement ECRM strategies to nurture and retain customers, improve engagement, and drive repeat business. Create and manage customer segmentation and personalized email marketing campaigns to deliver targeted and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to align automation and ECRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including planning, scheduling, content creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, anti-spam regulations, and data privacy laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, ECRM, and email marketing.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer journey maps and automated workflows to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements / Skills:
Minimum academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms (such as WebEngage, and HubSpot) are a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience (at least 3 years) in developing and executing marketing automation campaigns and managing ECRM initiatives.

Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, including experience with campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.

Familiarity with ECRM systems (e.g., WebEngage) and integrating marketing automation with CRM platforms is a plus.
