We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Promoter to join our sales team. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting our healthcare services marketplace to potential customers which are clinics and doctors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Promote and sell our healthcare services marketplace to potential customers.
- Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
