Job Title: Full-Stack Developer for Healthcare AI Startup

Location: On-site (Pasdaran)

Job Type: Full-time / Contract

We are an innovative healthcare startup dedicated to transforming the way doctors and patients interact through advanced Speech-to-Text technologies. Our goal is to develop a platform that categorizes patient complaints and doctors' diagnoses, using AI and cutting-edge technology to enhance healthcare delivery.

While we are currently generating revenue, we are pivoting to target a larger market with greater demands and more complex solutions. We are not a large tech giant with vast resources and extensive perks; instead, we are a small, ambitious team seeking equally ambitious individuals to join us in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The primary responsibility for this role will be to develop our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to earn equity in the company if our partnership continues successfully. Until then, compensation will be based on the terms of our contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the backend of the platform using Node.js or .Net.
  • Build and implement user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS, Regex and Next.js.
  • Design and manage scalable databases with both SQL and NoSQL solutions.
  • Integrate Speech-to-Text APIs (Google, Whisper) for converting and processing medical audio inputs.
  • Ensure high performance and security of data, complying with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR).
  • Deploy and maintain the application using Vercel and manage containers with Docker.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features for the MVP.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, .Net, and ReactJS.
  • Experience with Next.js and deployment on Vercel.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and how to manage data storage and queries efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text APIs like Google Cloud or Whisper.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Understanding of best practices in data security and compliance, especially in healthcare.
