Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Unity Developer to join our growing development team. You will work on exciting projects in a collaborative environment, focusing on creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences. This role will involve implementing game mechanics, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless gameplay across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain game systems using Unity and C#.
Implement game mechanics, UI, and visual effects in collaboration with designers and artists.
Work closely with the development team to optimize performance across platforms (PC, mobile, web).
Debug and fix issues to ensure the highest quality of gameplay and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within deadlines.
Stay updated on Unity advancements and industry trends to continually improve your skills.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Unity development.
Proficiency in C# programming and Unity engine.
Solid understanding of game design principles, including gameplay, physics, and UI/UX.
Experience with debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, taking ownership of tasks and delivering on time.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multiplayer games and networking (e.g., Photon or similar).
Knowledge of mobile game development for iOS and Android platforms.
Familiarity with Web3 technologies and blockchain integration.
Experience with Unity’s performance profiling and optimization tools.
