Job Description

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Development Team and understand the new requirements for UI and back-end changes.
  • Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions. Follow up on problem resolutions and inform users of status.
  • Design and develop software within the guidelines set by the Risk development team.
  • Contribute to the IT Knowledge Base by supplying written documentation related to architecture, deployment, and maintained mobile, backend services, and web applications
  • Participate in IT team SCRUM daily meetings, providing input and suggestions.
  • Follow our software development practices and methodologies
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies, including Story Pointing, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Estimate time and effort by defining and planning development tasks
  • Participate in the ideation of new features and product offerings
  • Write code consistent with defined technology stack and standards
  • Work with the Risk Team and understand the requirement for Front-End and Backend development.
Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
