Product Manager (Mid-Level)
About the Role
We're growing our product team and looking for a mid-level Product Manager to work alongside our existing PMs. You'll be stepping into an active, established environment with real traction, not starting from scratch. As you get up to speed, you'll take on increasing ownership across product areas, growing into a fully independent PM role over time.
The core of this role is execution and process discipline: turning business needs into clear, well-structured work for engineering, keeping delivery moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to bring structure and follow-through will have immediate impact.
Responsibilities

Own and prioritize a product backlog, refine and sequence features coming in from business line owners and product leadership
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria that development teams can act on immediately
Keep delivery on track by monitoring sprint progress, surfacing blockers early, and maintaining team momentum
Facilitate planning, refinement, and review ceremonies consistently and effectively
Create and iterate on prototypes using both traditional tools and AI-assisted prototyping to communicate ideas quickly and validate concepts before development
Monitor post-release metrics and report outcomes to product leadership
Maintain thorough documentation of decisions, trade-offs, and prioritization rationale
Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure cross-team alignment
What We're Looking For
Experience working closely with Engineering teams, including Backend, Frontend, and QA
Familiarity with APIs and technical concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams
Experience analyzing user behavior and leveraging data to inform product decisions
Ability to write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and maintain comprehensive product documentation
Familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools is a plus
Familiarity with A/B testing, feature rollouts, and experimentation frameworks is a plus

2–4 years of product management experience, ideally on high-transaction or B2C products
Proven ability to execute and deliver: you thrive on structure, follow-through, and getting things shipped
Strong command of Agile/Scrum and PM tooling (Jira or similar)
Hands-on experience with prototyping, whether through dedicated design tools or AI-assisted prototyping workflows
Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Comfortable reading product metrics and using data to track feature impact
Experience in digital health or regulated product environments is a plus
