Dmazing Studio

We don't split "graphic designer" and "product designer." Everyone here is a Designer.

Dmazing is a global digital design studio built for startups, scaleups and modern brands that need senior design without the cost or drag of hiring in-house. Our partners work in AI, fintech, crypto, SaaS, Web3 and consumer tech. We cover UI/UX, branding, design systems, 3D, motion and frontend, and we call clients partners because we're responsible for results, not just files.

THE ROLE

One week you're building a product flow in Figma. The next, you're producing the campaign that launches it. We don't expect you to design everything well on day one. We expect range, and the appetite to make things you haven't made before. Depth comes later, and we'd rather you find it here than arrive with it.

You'll be on live client work from your first week, reviewed directly by senior designers rather than through a queue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design interfaces and graphic assets for live client work
Build and maintain components and libraries in Figma
Research a category you'd never heard of on Monday, present a direction by Wednesday
Use AI across ideation, exploration and production, guided by your own judgment
Write the reasoning behind your work clearly enough that a partner understands it

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Figma as a playground rather than a tool you tolerate. Components, variants, auto layout, libraries.
Foundations in both graphic design and UI/UX. Type, grid, hierarchy, and color on one side. Flows, states, and patterns on the other. Basics are enough.
AI in your daily workflow, as leverage rather than a shortcut. Claude, ChatGPT, Kling, Nano Banana, whatever the job needs. What we care about is judgment: knowing where AI saves you two days and where it quietly ruins the work, and spotting a weak output before a partner does.
English at CEFR B2 or above, reading, writing, and researching. This matters more here than at most studios. Your prompt quality, your research, and your notes to partners all live in English. You don't need to be a native speaker; you need to think clearly in it while you work.
An obsession with learning. You try the new tool the week it lands. Above everything else, this is what we hire for.

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

Most of this job lives in the tension between two things:

Creative, but practical
Fast, but not careless
Detailed, but not slow
Strong in graphics, but fluent in UI/UX
Curious about AI, but not dependent on it
Bringing ideas, not only executing tasks

Plus two with no tension in them at all: you take feedback well, and you're reliable under a deadline.

NICE TO HAVE

Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. This counts for a lot.

Any motion or 3D curiosity, even at beginner level. Exposure to fintech, crypto or AI products.
