Who We Are Looking For:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in backend development, enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. If you're passionate about creating robust and scalable web applications and have a solid foundation in Ruby on Rails, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Backend Development: Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Database Management: Optimize database performance and manage data integrity using SQL (PostgreSQL) and ActiveRecord.
Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprints and iterative progress.
Technical Planning: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical plans.
Client Interaction: Work with the team lead to understand client requirements and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
Team Communication: Maintain open lines of communication within the team, sharing insights and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and ActiveRecord
- Familiarity with RSpec Testing
- Comfortable with Git and issue-tracking tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js
- Experience with Docker and deploying applications to production environments
- Knowledge of scaling applications with AWS
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Personality: A proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
