Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented CRO Specialist to join our team part-time to help our clients achieve better results from their websites and marketing campaigns..

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze websites and digital campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.

· Implement strategies to improve conversion rates across client websites.

· Conduct A/B testing and other forms of experimentation to assess changes.

· Provide detailed reports on conversion rate improvements.

· Work with our team to optimize Google Ads landing pages and overall CRO for PPC campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful website CRO optimizations is mandatory. Applications without evidence of previous CRO successes will be automatically rejected. Please include examples in your resume or portfolio showing how your optimizations directly impacted conversion rates.
Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong understanding of user behavior, analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
Google Ads CRO optimization experience is an advantage.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.Strong communication and presentation skills.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
