Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational projects and serve as a subject matter expert on operations management processes and methodologies
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and handling projects of departments of customer services, reconciliation and etc.
Identify the assigned projects scope, setup team, provide cost and time estimations if required, prepare timeline and other required documents, manage and efficiently follow up the project progress from the beginning till delivery on an end-to-end approach.
Proactively identify and perform root-cause analysis on the risks and problems and prepare analytic reports if required, support the team in identifying the effective solutions and manage the solution implementation.
Escalate the identified risks/ problems efficiently to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner to resolve the problems/ risks before they become a project blocker.
Actively manage the relevant stakeholders by applying proper engagement techniques such as reporting, documented communications etc.
Proactively cooperate in enhancing the ways of working within the teams and the whole organization by providing constructive feedbacks and recommendations
Requirements and Skills
BSc. / MSc. Of industrial engineering, management or other relevant fields
5+ years of experience in project management within the payment and FinTech industries with focus on operational projects
Experienced in managing CRM development projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and self-organized
Strong communicator, educator and coach
Proficient in providing constructive feedback
Preferred qualifications
Certified in Agile or classic project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP etc.)
Familiar with FinTech concepts such as reconciliation, debt collection, back-office platforms etc.
