شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Softwarw development team and work with several Scrum teams. You will be responsible for running the Agile Scrum process that supports our software development processes; coaching the development team on best Agile practices and supporting the teams in analyzing and adapting to continuously improve our software delivery processes.

If you have a deep understanding of Agile mindset, a curious and supportive personality, excellent soft skills and a passion for challenging situations, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities
Participate in the entire SDLC, focusing on continuous improvement
Collaboration and contribution with squads, teams and chapters.
Keep all parties on track and informed.
Host Scrum events.
Teach Scrum practices and principles.
Remove Roadblocks.
Making sure every team member understands goals and scope.
Help team in self-management.
Gather, address and prioritize team issues.
Cooperation with other Scrum Masters to identify challenges in the SDLC process and provide and implement appropriate solutions

Qualifications
Deep knowledge in Agile mindset and its Frameworks.
Good knowledge in problem solving techniques.
Sound knowledge and experience of Agile work management tools (Jira).
Supportive and calm characteristics.
Familiar with general programming concepts.
Familiar with product management concepts.
Sound knowledge of SDLC.
+2 years of work experience in the role of Scrum Master.

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM).
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks.
