شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • The role of the Java Lead is to manage, coach, lead (technical also) the Java Dev Engineers for a newly formed squad and also act as a contributor to the success of the project in the squad.
  • He is Being accountable for chapter members growth both on a professional as well as on a personal level and develop guidelines incl. best practices to improve the execution of chapter members’ responsibilities as well as conducting goal setting and performance reviews.
  • He is also responsible for recruitment and onboarding new HC for all the squad in company.
  • The Chapter Lead spends part of his/her time as a proficient Java Dev Engineer and the remaining with people management (including planning, coaching and review) and increasing the technical craftmanship of the Chapter members.
  • have a technical profile and ability to develop and motivate others, at the same having a good understanding of IT architecture and solution design
  • have solid previous experience working with Java and the ability to guide and set best practices
  • Either he/she has been a leader for some years, with an engineering background, or he/she come from a senior or chief developer position, with the interest and motivation to try out leadership
  • have a natural interest in seeing, encouraging, and fixing areas that could be improved and you can make those transformations through others
  • can lead through servant leadership as well as provide coaching to let others flourish
  • great communication skills

دیجی‌پی در سال ۱۳۹۷ عضوی از خانواده دیجی‌کالا شد. هدف گروه دیجی‌کالا از ورود به حوزه فینتک، ارائه سرویس‌های پرداخت الکترونیک با پایداری بالا و بهترین تجربه برای مشتری بود. به دنبال تعریف این هدف، مسیر توسعه سرویس‌های دیجی‌پی مشخص شد.
