شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a fast-growing tech startup that is focused on developing user-centered applications. We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help us design and develop an intuitive and engaging application that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to design and develop a user-centered application
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
Develop personas, user journeys, and other design documentation
Design wireframes, prototypes, and all related elements to provide a consistent and usable user interface
Develop and maintain design systems and design guidelines
Deliver designs to developers and ensure the proper implementation of the design
Continuously iterate and update designs based on user feedback and needs

Requirements:

Ability to define and solve problems based on standard design methods, from ideation to implementation
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Proficient in Figma and Figjam as primary design tools
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in user research, usability, and design thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong time management and task management skills
Experience working with design systems
Attention to detail and a strong eye for design

Bonus points for:

Experience designing and conducting usability tests
Knowledge of Design Sprint and Lean UX methodologies
Experience working on live and active products
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
