شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a fast-growing tech startup that is focused on developing user-centered applications. We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help us design and develop an intuitive and engaging application that meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to design and develop a user-centered application
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Develop personas, user journeys, and other design documentation
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and all related elements to provide a consistent and usable user interface
  • Develop and maintain design systems and design guidelines
  • Deliver designs to developers and ensure the proper implementation of the design
  • Continuously iterate and update designs based on user feedback and needs
Requirements:

  • Ability to define and solve problems based on standard design methods, from ideation to implementation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
  • Proficient in Figma and Figjam as primary design tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in user research, usability, and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong time management and task management skills
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for design
Bonus points for:

  • Experience designing and conducting usability tests
  • Knowledge of Design Sprint and Lean UX methodologies
  • Experience working on live and active products
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
