شرح موقعیت شغلی

At DigiExpress, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to design impactful products that solve real user problems and support business growth.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead product design projects from discovery and research through design and delivery
  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and analyze insights to inform design decisions
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Transform complex operational processes and business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and develop effective solutions
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of DigiExpress's Design System
  • Continuously improve products through user feedback, data, and business insights
  • Mentor other designers and help promote design best practices across teams
 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, dashboards, B2B products, or operational systems
  • Strong background in user research and usability testing
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems
  • Experience working in Agile and cross-functional product teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to independently lead design initiatives from concept to launch
